This Clinic with Dr. John Mullis, his associate, Jay McLaughlin, PT, and operations manager, Sonja Mullis, are truly the best…they work directly with the patient, meaning no handoffs to assistants or aids! I was traveling and had to find a physical therapist in Bradenton for two weeks. I could not be more satisfied with the care at this facility. I have had PT in the past for two other injuries. Both times, I was volleyed between different therapists who had different levels of experience. They often spent more time telling me what to do at home than working with me at the office. At Physical Therapy Doctors of Florida, Jay made the most of our time AND gave me a home routine. With a combination of stretching, massage and exercises, I made tremendous progress in just two weeks. My PT back home was very surprised how much my range of motion had improved in just two weeks. The high level of personal attention was far different from other places I have been. I would highly recommend this facility.
Physical Therapy Doctors of Florida were excellent, caring and very professional on every visit. Individual attention was given to the pain I was experiencing at the time. Thankfully I am now able to enjoy more activities and I will recommend them highly to my friends and family.

Our experience at Physical Therapy Doctors of FL has been very pleasant.The therapist Jay, is very knowledgeable and personable. He has helped Geo. with all the therapy needed for his improvement. Geo. has improved greatly in strength and his big problem with balancing has also improved. We would not hesitate to recommend their services. Would return any time we would need additional assistance.
When I went for PT I could barely walk and right arm was useless. I am so pleased to say I am walking normally and right arm is back to normal.. I would recommend Dr Jon Mullis for any of you that have mobility problems. Along with being an excellent therapist he is a great listener.

This was my first experience with physical therapy. I had been in a lot of pain from a rotator cuff injury. Both my primary and orthopedic doctors told me I might need surgery if I didn’t start physical therapy. Physical Therapy Doctors of Florida was the first place I called and I knew instantly that it was the right place for me. Dr. Mullis was very friendly and informative. When I arrived for my first visit, I was pleased to see that I would have one on one attention and not a room filled with multiple patients. He has helped me through all my visits to ease my shoulder pain, and regain a better range of motion. He has also given me homework exercises to continue with beyond our sessions. Having had physical therapy four or five times, following surgeries and injuries, I have two facilities and several therapists to which I can compare Dr Mullis and this center. Hands down, the most attentive and effective therapy I have ever received. I went in with severe neck stiffness (and related shoulder and head pain) and after two sessions, productive therapy, suggestions and general interest in my comfort… I am fine!
